Nespresso Vertuo Next Defect

Scott Hirsch Law Group, PLLC is currently investigating Nespresso, also known as Nestlé Nespresso S.A., over complaints of frequent and repeated machine failures affecting their Vertuo Next coffee machines.

Vertuo Next Device Unusable

Nespresso markets the Vertuo Next as a versatile and easy-to-use coffee maker that is able to brew a wide range of coffee beverages. In fact, many customers respond positively to the machine’s functionality upon first use. However, typically within months or even weeks of purchase, customers report that their machines begin to exhibit a litany of defects and other errors that render the devices unusable. Common errors include: failure to turn on or complete brew cycle, leaky components, overflowing beverages, and wasted coffee pods.

Nespresso Fails to Remedy

Many customers have spent hours speaking with Nespresso representatives to troubleshoot the issues, all to no avail. In some cases, Nespresso has agreed to provide a replacement machine, but these replacements typically fail just as quickly, if not quicker, than the originals. Some customers report having cycled through as many as four Vertuo Next devices since their initial purchase.
