Bronco Owners Report Cracks, Delamination, and Leaks

Ford Bronco owners report experiencing large light cracks in their roofs, sometimes within months from purchase, and in multiple locations on the roof.  Many owners report the cracks getting larger over time. These cracks have been reported in some instances to affect the integrity of the roof and window glass incorporated, resulting in complaints of leaks and water intrusion into the vehicles.

Ford Fails To Remedy

Many customers have spent hours at dealerships and speaking with Ford representatives to fix the the issues with the cracked roofs, all to no avail. In some cases, Ford has agreed to provide a replacement roof, but these replacements typically fail just as quickly, if not quicker, than the originals. Some customers report having cycled through as many as three replacement roofs since their initial vehicle purchase. Some owners have reported Ford has covered some of the multiple replaced roofs under warranty, but not all. Other owners have reported that Ford has refused to warranty replace their cracked roof. As a result, owners have reported having to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket to replace their cracked roof.
