Scott Hirsch Law Group, PLLC is currently investigating Simply Bread Co, over complaints of frequent and repeated machine failures affecting their Oven.

Consumers Report Simply Bread Oven Unusable
Customers have reported that the Simply Bread Oven door suffers from a defect where the oven door warps causing steam to escape and the oven to continually run to maintain temperature during the normal usage of the device, causing bread to cook unevenly and/or burn. This steam is particularly important for the baking of sourdough bread. The Simply Bread Oven is made for the growing cottage industry of artesian bakers and requires a substantial investment. We are investigating allegations from Simply Bread Oven owners who report that after a short period of time using the Oven, their Oven doors warp during use and are irreparable.
Simply Bread Fails To Remedy
Many customers have allegedly spent hours speaking with Simply Bread representatives to troubleshoot the issues with the warped oven door, all to no avail, only to be told their Oven is performing normally and that any problems with their Oven is a result of their acts or inadequacies. As a result of the warped door Customers report they are left with an expensive oven they cannot use, loss of material costs and revenue due to baked goods being ruined and unable to be sold, and overall frustration.
