Dark-web cybersecurity monitoring and threat intelligence sources report that a ransomware group has claimed responsibility for breaching Sarku Japan’s internal digital systems, allegedly accessing sensitive enterprise networks, customer records, and employee files.

While the exact volume and categories of compromised data are still being investigated, restaurant retail breaches typically expose Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and financial records, including full names, mailing addresses, payment card details, and employee personnel files such as Social Security numbers and banking information.
