JKMAX Owners Report Overheating, Burning, and Malfunctions

JKMAX owners have described problems with their heated blankets and heating pads, including malfunctioning controllers, burning odors, sparking, and melting. Some consumers have reported the products developing holes or other visible damage while in use, while others have described smoke or flames coming from the heating elements. These incidents have resulted in burn injuries to some users.

JKMAX Fails To Remedy

JKMAX has recalled the affected heated blankets and heating pads and instructed consumers to stop using them and contact the company for a full refund. However, the recall remedy does not address losses incurred by consumers whose products smoked, melted, or burned during use, including those who sustained burn injuries. These incidents may have resulted in expenses or other losses beyond the purchase price of the recalled product, including costs associated with injuries, property damage, or other related losses.
